In addition to the completed and signed application, PRM Inc. requires the following:

All applicants that will be listed on the lease must be 21 years of age or older.

Proof of income (paystubs, checks, Tax return if self-employed).  Income must be 3 times the listed rent.

Copy of Driver's license and SS card

$20 application fee for each adult that is on the lease

We recommend that you print the application and bring it to our office.  If you are out of town, please mail a packet with all required info.  The application must be signed.  The Working with a Real Estate Broker form should also be checked and signed as a CUSTOMER.

Applicants for the same property (room mates) must complete separate applications if last names are different.  Pets are approved on a case by case basis.
